Anthony is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and on the roll of Legal Practitioners for the High Court of Australia.

Anthony originally practised in New South Wales. Since 1985 he has practised exclusively in Western Australia. He has been a partner of a national legal firm which had offices in every State in the Commonwealth of Australia.

In 1994 Anthony was accredited by the Law Society of Western Australia as a Family Law specialist. In 1995 he established the firm of Anthony R Clarke & Associates.

Anthony is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. He has previously served on the Council of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia. He has also been a member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Law Society of Western Australia.

Anthony has practised almost exclusively in Family Law since 1985 and has comprehensive experience in all aspects of Family Law including de facto relationship matters both in the Supreme Court and pursuant to the recently introduced De Facto Relationships legislation.
